When the main oak tree in the entry courtyard of our Montecito foothills project was diagnosed by our arborist to be sick and dying, our client decided to replace it with a large specimen oak tree. Our client also wanted to take the opportunity to plant an additional large oak tree to provide screening between the view from an upper deck and the neighbors home. Both trees were hand selected by our client and Architect for their size, shape and overall character. With heavy lifting provided by Specialty Crane and expert planting by Coldsprings Landscaping both trees were successfully planted. One of the trees was even lifted over the house so that it could be placed into the entry courtyard. We now have two beautiful and healthy oak trees that will enhance the beauty of the property and will be enjoyed by generations to come.
