Leonard Unander Associates, Inc. is the Santa Barbara Green Builder constructing this view home on West Mountain Drive in the Montecito area. This home was previously built by LUA, and subsequently lost in Santa Barbara’s Tea Fire. The first phone call for these previous clients was to their builder, Leonard Unander.
