Montecito Traditional – Estate Tour

We are thrilled to share with you a completed LUA project, Montecito Traditional Estate, recently featured by House Beautiful and Apartment Therapy. LUA had the privilege of collaborating with Two Trees Architect and Elizabeth Dinkel Design in taking this 1937-built estate through an extensive remodel with the goal of preserving the home’s original charm and character.
The extensive renovation included the removal of all exterior surfaces and installation of new materials. Each step was performed with meticulous attention to detail and workmanship to exactly match original detailing. The home consists of almost entirely new interior materials, while the original wood wall paneling was retained in specific areas. With a total square footage of 7800 square feet, the property is equipped with all new modern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems along with state of the art whole house automation and multimedia systems. The exterior of the property features a grand park-sized lawn as well as a detached four car garage surrounded by beautiful greenery and rose bushes at its entrance. Thanks to a wonderful Project Team, we are very pleased with the outcome of this beautiful home restoration for yet another discerning Client.
