Modern 3,200 sf residence in Montecito with design by DesignARC. LUA was involved during pre-construction assembling the construction team and working to achieve the owner’s goals. Special features; rift cut white oak cabinetry with dark stain, various natural stone countertops and full height quartz stone back splashes, bleached oak wood flooring, Portuguese limestone exterior flatwork, ipe and structural i-beam trellises with LouvreTec operable shading system, RadioRA lighting controls, and Sonos audio systems.
